eRecruiting is the Career Center's software that helps alumni, students, and employers manage resumes, job postings and on campus interviewing. The system is free to use for all alumni job seekers and currently enrolled students thanks to sponsorship from our Michigan Tech Career Center Partners.

Looking to hire Michigan Tech Alumni? Please visit our employer eRecruiting page or create an MTU employer account and search the Alumni Resume Book. It does not cost any money to post jobs to Michigan Tech only. Please send comments/questions to career@mtu.edu.

By uploading your resume AND publishing it in a resume book, you let employers know you are interested in new employment opportunities.

1. If you haven't already, request an eRecruiting account.
2. Go to this site to begin: http://mtu.erecruiting.com
3. Build or update your profile.
4. Upload your resume AND publish it in the Alumni Resume Book and others. Companies can't find you if you are not in a Resume Book and you can't apply for jobs without an uploaded resume.
5. Search Often. Companies are adding new opportunities each week.
