Register now for the Spring Career Fair 2009 held on the Michigan Tech campus. Register before January 23, 2009 to be included in the Career Fair Guidebook handed out to all students.

The Keweenaw Chapter of the Alumni Association in partnership with Alumni Relations, the MTEC SmartZone, and Career Services invite you to attend the Spring Career Fair Recruiter Reception. Take a break, relax, and mingle with your fellow recruiters while enjoying pizza and soft drinks following the Career Fair from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Student Development Complex.
We are no longer permitted to display any type of heavy equipment (i.e. vehicles, machinery, motors, recreation equipment, etc.) in any of our venue locations.

Guidebook Information
This year, we are again providing a professionally printed "Career Fair Guidebook" which is distributed to over 3000 job-seeking students and is available online prior to and following the fair. The guidebook provides a brief description of each participating company, free with your registration. Prime advertising opportunities in this guidebook are also available for an additional fee. The Spring Career Fair '07 Guidebook had over 24,000 page requests during the first week it was available.
Companies advertising in the Spring Career Fair 2009 guidebook should send digital artwork to gmgoudge@mtu.edu by Friday, January 23, 2009. All pictures will be printed in black and white along with the rest of the Guidebook. TIF files are the preferred format. Adobe Acrobat PDF format is also acceptible. All files should be 300dpi. Email for questions about other digital formats.

Return Shipments
Return Shipments must be properly packaged and labeled, including account number, and may be left at your company booth. UPS and FedEx will be notified to make scheduled pick-ups on Wednesday, February 18, 2009.

Location
Spring Career Fair 2009 will be held in the Student Development Center (SDC). A shuttle will be provided to transport students from the Memorial Union Building to the career fair all day long.
