Same Great Event - The Michigan Technological University Spring Career Fair

Just at a little bit different time...

We're listening! We heard you, so we've adjusted the annual Spring Career Fair hours to reflect your idea that you may be able to visit more students if the Career Fair started a little later in the morning and went a little later in the evening. And, our students agree. They are excited about being able to visit your company at the Career Fair and not miss any of their demanding classes and labs.

So...the Spring Career Fair will begin its day at 11:00 AM and end in the evening at 7:00 PM.

Our goal at Career Services is to put on one of the largest and most effective recruiting events in the country. Our students are top-notch and you've come a long way to talk to them. We hope these new hours will optimize your recruiting time here at Michigan Tech and will help facilitate a successful hiring effort for your company.

Recruiter Reception

The Keweenaw Chapter of the Alumni Association in partnership with Alumni Relations, the MTEC SmartZone, and Career Services invite you to attend the Spring Career Fair Recruiter Reception. Take a break, relax, and mingle with your fellow recruiters while enjoying pizza and soft drinks following the Career Fair from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Student Development Complex.

Heavy Equipment

We are no longer permitted to display any type of heavy equipment (i.e. vehicles, machinery, motors, recreation equipment, etc.) in any of our venue locations. Equipment may only be displayed outside the career fair venue. Outside placement of equipment will be pre-determined and permitted during check-in at the career fair. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Career Services at career@mtu.edu.

Please indicate on the registration form if you plan to display equipment outside.
