Overview
The Michigan Tech Career Center uses the eRecruiting system for managing employer interview schedules, job postings and student resume management. It is sponsored by the Career Center Partners
MTU eRecruiting Registration
Recruiters must be registered in our Michigan Tech eRecruiting system to download resumes or post jobs. There are several ways to register:
Self Registration - The easiest way to register !! Simply visit www.erecruitingnetwork.com, fill out the required fields, and request access to Michigan Technological University. Typically requests to link to Michigan Tech are approved the same business day but may take longer during peak activity periods.
Call our Office. We can set up an account for you and give you an access key to allow you direct access to Michigan Tech's eRecruiting system. 906-487-2313
Forgot your password?Go to www.erecruitingnetwork.com and click on the "Forgot Password" link below the login box. The Michigan Tech Career Center staff may be able to retrieve your password only if your company has Michigan Tech linked exclusively. If you have multiple schools use the www.erecruitingnetwork.com" forgot password " function. Email us at career@mtu.edu Be sure to include your name and your company name.
Downloading Resumes
Once you have logged in,you can search and download resumes from the following resume books:
  • Alumni Resume Book - Michigan Tech Alumni Resume Book
  • Co-op and Summer Resume Book - Students Seeking Summer and Co-op Employment
  • Enterprise Program - Resumes of students enrolled in Michigan Tech's Enterprise Program
  • Graduate Students (MS, PHD) - All Michigan Tech graduate students only
  • Seeking Full Time Employment - Seniors and Grad Students seeking full time work
You may do one of three types of searches: Keyword Search, Quick Search, or Advanced Search. The Quick Search shows all students in the Web Resume Book. The Advanced Search allows you to enter multiple criteria.
Posting Jobs
To post job openings you must have an account in Michigan Tech eRecruiting. Once you log in, click on the "Jobs" section on the top navigation bar. This will bring you to the job management page which allows you to post new jobs and manage applicants to each of these jobs. Fields with an asterisk are required.
