Students - Work-Study Program
Federal Work-Study is a source of financial aid that is awarded by the Financial Aid Office and is based upon unmet financial need and availability of funding. If you have Work-Study listed as part of your financial aid package, you are eligible to apply for a part-time, Work-Study, on-campus job available in numerous departments across campus. All undergraduate, Work-Study students have been authorized to work up to 8 hours per week for 14 weeks each semester. You will earn your award in the form of a bi-weekly paycheck, be paid for hours worked, and may spend the money as you see fit, whether for incidentals, books, fees, etc.
All awardees must apply for Work-Study positions through HuskyJOBS, Career Services’ on-line, on-campus/off-campus job management software system. You must upload your resume and apply for the positions of your choice using this system. Review the Work-Study Program Student Guidelines for more information and detailed instructions for an easy and efficient process.
Students who have not been awarded Work-Study, because they may be ineligible, or funding has been exhausted, are encouraged to seek alternative on-campus or community employment.
The available Work-Study positions are listed below. Review and apply for all positions that interest you. We encourage you to apply for multiple positions to increase your chances of receiving a position of your choice.
